【摘要】：高校承擔(dān)著思想政治工作的重任,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義接班人具有重要意義。高校是新知識(shí)分子的聚集地,匯聚了各種新思想和新觀念。尤其是在當(dāng)今社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,人們的思想受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響變的復(fù)雜。大學(xué)生面對(duì)新思想的沖擊,其個(gè)性追求更加明顯。大學(xué)生黨建工作受到高校的普遍關(guān)注。本文從高校黨建工作的重要性入手,著重分析了高校黨建工作面臨的困境并探索了高校黨建工作的優(yōu)化路徑。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities undertake the important task of ideological and political work, which is of great significance to the cultivation of socialist successors. Colleges and universities are a gathering place for new intellectuals, gathering a variety of new ideas and new ideas. Especially in the current socialist market economy system, people's thoughts become complicated by the influence of market economy. College students face the impact of new ideas, its personality pursuit is more obvious. The work of party building of college students is generally concerned by colleges and universities.
