【摘要】：當(dāng)前新形勢下,中央提出了加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè)的重大課題。黨內(nèi)政治生活、政治生態(tài)、政治文化是相輔相成的。黨內(nèi)政治文化的基本屬性包涵鮮明的階級性、相對獨立性、政治結(jié)構(gòu)性和建構(gòu)持久性等等。黨內(nèi)政治文化的時代價值主要體現(xiàn)在三個方面:即它是黨內(nèi)政治生活的靈魂,對政治生態(tài)具有潛移默化的影響,并且關(guān)系到黨的興衰成敗。當(dāng)前黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè)面臨諸多問題和挑戰(zhàn),我們需要正視問題,主動應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)。新時期建構(gòu)先進(jìn)的黨內(nèi)政治文化,必須循守不忘初心、不忘根本的政治文化導(dǎo)向,創(chuàng)建良好的宏觀文化環(huán)境,整合優(yōu)勢文化資源,嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活,保障黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),推動黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程。
[Abstract]:In the new situation, the central government has put forward the important task of strengthening the political and cultural construction within the Party. Party political life, political ecology and political culture complement each other. The basic attributes of inner-party political culture include distinct class nature, relative independence, political structure and construction persistence, etc. The contemporary value of inner-party political culture is mainly embodied in three aspects: it is the soul of inner-party political life, has a subtle influence on political ecology, and is related to the success or failure of the party. At present, the construction of political culture within the Party is facing many problems and challenges, we need to face up to the problems and take the initiative to deal with the challenges. In order to construct the advanced inner-party political culture in the new period, we must follow the original ideal and ambition, do not forget the basic political and cultural orientation, create a good macro cultural environment, integrate the superior cultural resources, take the party's political life seriously, and ensure the inner-party political and cultural construction. Promote the new great project of party building.
