【摘要】：群眾路線,是黨的根本工作路線。在革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐中,毛澤東堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),確立了人民主體地位的立場(chǎng),創(chuàng)造性地提出了一切為了群眾,一切依靠群眾的群眾觀點(diǎn)以及從群眾中來(lái),到群眾中去的工作方法。鄧小平基于革命、建設(shè)和改革開(kāi)放的實(shí)踐,在繼承毛澤東群眾路線思想的基礎(chǔ)上,提出尊重群眾的首創(chuàng)精神,突出群眾物質(zhì)利益的重要性,創(chuàng)新了群眾工作的新方式。他們的共同點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在理論基礎(chǔ)上都依據(jù)馬克思主義群眾史觀,都為群眾謀求利益,都立足于人民群眾,都強(qiáng)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和群眾相結(jié)合。然而,由于國(guó)際環(huán)境和國(guó)內(nèi)任務(wù)的變化,二者對(duì)一些重大問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)程度和個(gè)人特質(zhì)存在差異,造成了他們?nèi)罕娐肪�思想的不同。鄧小平在毛澤東群眾路線思想的基礎(chǔ)上,延展了群眾路線的基本內(nèi)涵,更側(cè)重于群眾物質(zhì)利益的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新了群眾路線的實(shí)踐形式,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和群眾相結(jié)合的方式也各有不同。在新時(shí)期,我們要重視毛澤東和鄧小平群眾路線思想的歷史貢獻(xiàn),更加注重和發(fā)展群眾路線,堅(jiān)持馬克思主義,切實(shí)地維護(hù)人民群眾的利益,健全聯(lián)系群眾的體制機(jī)制,不斷創(chuàng)新群眾工作的新方法。
[Abstract]:The mass line is the party's fundamental line of work. In the practice of revolution and construction, Mao Zedong insisted on taking Marxism as the guide, established the position of the people as the main body, and creatively put forward all the views of the masses which were for the benefit of the masses and relied on them, and from among the masses. The method of working among the masses Based on the practice of revolution, construction and reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of inheriting Mao Zedong's thought of mass line, put forward the pioneering spirit of respecting the masses, highlighting the importance of the masses' material interests, and innovating the new way of mass work. What they all have in common is that they are based on Marxist views on the history of the masses, on the interests of the masses, on the masses of the people, and on the combination of leadership and the masses. However, due to the changes of the international environment and domestic tasks, there are differences in their understanding of some major issues and their personal characteristics, which leads to the difference of their thoughts on the mass line. Deng Xiaoping extended the basic connotation of the mass line on the basis of Mao Zedong's thought of mass line, paid more attention to the development of the masses' material interests, innovated the practical form of the mass line, and had different ways of combining leadership with the masses. In the new era, we should attach importance to the historical contributions of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping in the thought of the mass line, pay more attention to and develop the mass line, adhere to Marxism, earnestly safeguard the interests of the people, and improve the system and mechanism for contacting the masses. We are constantly innovating new methods of mass work.
