【摘要】：團(tuán)屬社會(huì)組織作為共青團(tuán)的"工作手臂延伸",是共青團(tuán)工作由組織化走向社會(huì)化的重要過(guò)渡,承擔(dān)著以社會(huì)化方式組織青年、引導(dǎo)青年、服務(wù)青年和維護(hù)青年合法權(quán)益的重要功能。但是,團(tuán)屬社會(huì)組織在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中卻面臨著資源不足、動(dòng)力不足、社會(huì)吸引力不足的工作困境。我們認(rèn)為,團(tuán)屬社會(huì)組織面臨發(fā)展困境的主要原因是缺乏整體性,以及由此帶來(lái)的對(duì)共青團(tuán)的過(guò)渡依賴。要解決這一問(wèn)題,需要共青團(tuán)機(jī)關(guān)和團(tuán)屬社會(huì)組織在組織形態(tài)、工作理念、工作方式上實(shí)現(xiàn)整體性轉(zhuǎn)型,形成樞紐型組織形態(tài)和飛碟型關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:As the "extension of the working arm" of the Communist Youth League, the League is an important transition from the organized to the socialized work of the Communist Youth League, which undertakes to organize and guide the youth in a socialized manner. The important function of serving young people and safeguarding their legal rights and interests. However, in the practical operation of the affiliated social organizations, they are faced with the difficulties of insufficient resources, insufficient motive power and insufficient social attractiveness. We believe that the main reason for the development dilemma of the league is the lack of integrity and the resulting transition dependence on the Communist Youth League. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary for the organs of the Communist Youth League and the affiliated social organizations of the League to realize the overall transformation in the organizational form, working concept and working way, and form the relationship between the pivotal organizational form and the flying saucer type.
