【摘要】：正在全面從嚴(yán)治黨新征程中,黨性教育針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題已經(jīng)在一定程度上制約了黨的干部教育事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。如何加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的黨性教育,是全黨面臨的緊迫課題。筆者認(rèn)為,黨性教育針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的深層原因之一,在于黨性教育實(shí)踐缺乏有效管用的理論支撐。近些年來(lái),黨性教育體驗(yàn)式模擬式教學(xué)、資源開(kāi)發(fā)、師資培養(yǎng)、課程設(shè)置、特色基地建設(shè)等實(shí)踐探索豐富多樣,與此形成強(qiáng)烈反差的是黨性教育理論研究相
[Abstract]:In the new journey of ruling the Party in an all-round and strict way, the problem of the lack of pertinence and actual effect of Party spirit education has restricted the rapid development of Party cadres' education to a certain extent. How to strengthen and improve the party spirit education of the leading cadres is an urgent task facing the whole party. The author believes that one of the deep reasons for the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of party spirit education lies in the lack of effective theoretical support for the practice of party spirit education. In recent years, the experience teaching of Party spirit education, resource development, teacher training, curriculum setting, construction of characteristic base and so on have been rich and diverse, which is in contrast to the theoretical research of party spirit education.
