【摘要】：陜甘寧邊區(qū)是中國共產(chǎn)黨在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期執(zhí)政抗日民主根據(jù)地的政權(quán)中心;陜甘寧邊區(qū)的民眾教育在提高邊區(qū)人民的文化水平、進(jìn)行抗戰(zhàn)宣傳、提升中華民族凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力等方面發(fā)揮了獨(dú)特的作用。而民眾教育館作為進(jìn)行民眾教育的重要場(chǎng)所之一,是邊區(qū)社會(huì)教育工作的中心堡壘。早在中華人民共和國成立前,學(xué)界已有對(duì)于民眾教育的研究,改革開放后,關(guān)于民眾教育的研究成果逐漸增多。但對(duì)于陜甘寧邊區(qū)民眾教育館的研究,依然處于薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。本論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、多學(xué)科交叉研究方法進(jìn)行研究。研究以《陜甘寧邊區(qū)社會(huì)教育資料.社會(huì)教育部分》及《解放日?qǐng)?bào)》為核心文獻(xiàn)資料,以黨的相關(guān)文件,黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的文集、選集,專家學(xué)者的回憶錄和著作為基礎(chǔ)文獻(xiàn)。首先,本文對(duì)民眾教育館的歷史演進(jìn)做了介紹,并將民眾教育館的發(fā)展劃分成萌芽時(shí)期、成長時(shí)期、繁榮時(shí)期、曲折發(fā)展時(shí)期及轉(zhuǎn)變時(shí)期五個(gè)階段。其次,對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)設(shè)立民眾教育館的背景進(jìn)行了分析,表明邊區(qū)民眾教育館的設(shè)立是在當(dāng)時(shí)特定的歷史條件下,中國共產(chǎn)黨結(jié)合陜甘寧邊區(qū)的具體實(shí)際做出的重大決策。然后,通過對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)的收集、閱讀和整理,對(duì)邊區(qū)民眾教育館的工作任務(wù)、組織和人員構(gòu)成、活動(dòng)形式及特點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)成果顯著且具有代表性的民教館進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析。最后,對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)民眾教育館進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)價(jià),指出其在提高邊區(qū)群眾文化水平、移風(fēng)易俗、激發(fā)民眾抗戰(zhàn)熱情等方面都發(fā)揮了積極作用,汲取邊區(qū)民教館的合理經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)于我們今天加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村成人教育和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村具有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:The Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is the political center of the Chinese Communist Party's ruling anti-Japanese democratic base area during the Anti-Japanese War. The people's education in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is raising the cultural level of the people in the border area and propagating the war of resistance against Japan. Promoting the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Chinese nation has played a unique role. As one of the most important places for mass education, the Museum of popular Education is the central fortress of social education in the Border region. Early before the founding of the people's Republic of China, the academic community has studied popular education, and after the reform and opening up, the research results on popular education gradually increased. However, the study of the people's Education Museum in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region is still in a weak link. This paper mainly uses the literature research method, the comparison research method, the multi-disciplinary cross-research method carries on the research. The social education data of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region were studied. "Social Education part" and "Liberation Daily" as the core documents, based on the relevant documents of the Party, the party leaders' collection, anthology, memoirs and works of experts and scholars. Firstly, this paper introduces the historical evolution of the Museum of popular Education, and divides the development of the Museum into five stages: the budding period, the growing period, the prosperous period, the tortuous period of development and the period of transformation. Secondly, the background of the establishment of the Museum of popular Education in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is analyzed, which shows that the establishment of the Museum of popular Education in the Border region was a major decision made by the Communist Party of China combined with the concrete practice of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region under the specific historical conditions at that time. Then, through the collection, reading and arrangement of a large number of documents, the work tasks, organization and personnel composition, activity form and characteristics of the people's Education Museum in the Border region are expounded. The remarkable achievement and the representative folk education hall are analyzed in detail. Finally, an objective evaluation of the people's Education Museum in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is carried out, and it is pointed out that it has played a positive role in improving the cultural level of the people in the Border region, changing the customs, arousing the enthusiasm of the people in the anti-Japanese war, and drawing on the reasonable experience of the Museum of Education in the Border region. For us today to strengthen adult education in rural areas and build a new socialist countryside has important enlightenment.
