【摘要】：正近年來(lái),各地不斷探索年度考核規(guī)范化、制度化的有效途徑和方式,但在具體操作中也暴露出一些不良現(xiàn)象。"一鍋煮"現(xiàn)象。對(duì)如何開(kāi)展缺乏深入思考,雖有明確的文件,但只是走形式、填填表,隨意性很大。有的實(shí)際操作中不分單位性質(zhì),不分崗位職能,全部按照一種模式、一種要求,一概而論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, various localities have been exploring effective ways and means of standardizing and institutionalizing the annual examination, but some undesirable phenomena have also been exposed in the concrete operation.
