【摘要】：批評與自我批評是中國共產(chǎn)黨和越南共產(chǎn)黨在長期革命和建設實踐中所形成的寶貴傳統(tǒng)。雖然中越兩黨在批評與自我批評的研究上取得了很多理論成果,但在面對新的社會問題時,實踐上卻顯得疲乏無力。如何正確開展黨內(nèi)批評與自我批評以保持黨組織和黨員干部隊伍的先進性和純潔性,加強黨風廉政建設、促進反腐倡廉在新形勢下的實踐和發(fā)展,是兩黨理論界深切關(guān)注的焦點問題,所以對這一問題進行深入是十分必要的。文章中首先把中共和越共歷屆領(lǐng)導人對批評與自我批評的思想作為系統(tǒng)性黨建理論來加以研究,并明確指出目前中越兩黨都需要堅持遵守開展批評與自我批評的基本原則。在中越兩黨近年來都確定進一步重視批評與自我批評的有力武器之際,文章中除了對當前兩黨面臨批評與自我批評存在被弱化的現(xiàn)象和根源進行分析以外,還對中越兩黨各自目前開展批評與自我批評的方針、做法及成效進行深刻探索并提出見解。在新形勢下中越兩黨都面對錯綜復查的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境的影響,為了能夠充分發(fā)揮批評與自我批評的積極作用,不斷鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎和執(zhí)政地位,文中對黨內(nèi)開展批評活動提出一些有效措施,認為中越兩黨在黨的建設各方面繼續(xù)加強理論探索并互相學習借鑒經(jīng)驗具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Criticism and self-criticism are precious traditions formed in the long-term revolution and construction practice of the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Vietnam. Although the Chinese and Vietnamese parties have made a lot of theoretical achievements in the research of criticism and self-criticism, in the face of new social problems, they are tired and powerless in practice. How to correctly carry out inner-party criticism and self-criticism in order to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Party organizations and the ranks of party members and cadres, strengthen the building of a clean and honest party style, and promote the practice and development of combating corruption and advocating honesty under the new situation, Is the focus of deep concern in the theoretical circle of the two parties, so it is very necessary to go deep into this problem. In this paper, the author first studies the thought of criticism and self-criticism of the Chinese Communist Party and the previous leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam as a systematic theory of party building, and points out clearly that both parties should adhere to the basic principles of carrying out criticism and self-criticism. At a time when both the Chinese and Vietnamese parties have decided in recent years to pay more attention to criticism and self-criticism, apart from analyzing the phenomenon and root causes of the weakening of criticism and self-criticism faced by the two parties at present, It also makes a deep exploration of the principles, practices and effects of criticism and self-criticism carried out by the two parties. Under the new situation, both the Chinese and Vietnamese parties are faced with the influence of the domestic and foreign environment of complicated review. In order to give full play to the positive role of criticism and self-criticism, the ruling foundation and the ruling position of the party are constantly consolidated. This paper puts forward some effective measures to carry out the criticism activities within the Party and holds that it is of great significance for the two parties to continue to strengthen the theoretical exploration and learn from each other's experience in all aspects of party building.
