【摘要】：新中國成立后,針對黨內(nèi)關(guān)系暴露出來的問題,中國共產(chǎn)黨對如何處理執(zhí)政條件下的黨內(nèi)關(guān)系進行了一系列探索,特別是在黨內(nèi)上下級關(guān)系、黨內(nèi)個人與組織的關(guān)系和處理黨內(nèi)關(guān)系的方法三個方面,在理論上做出了貢獻,實踐中積累了經(jīng)驗。這些探索給予的重要啟示是:黨內(nèi)關(guān)系要適應(yīng)黨從革命到執(zhí)政的角色轉(zhuǎn)換,同時黨內(nèi)關(guān)系的構(gòu)建須以制度作為保障,只有如此,黨內(nèi)關(guān)系才能保持良好的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, in view of the problems exposed by the inner-party relations, the CPC conducted a series of explorations on how to handle the inner-party relations under the ruling conditions, especially the relations between the upper and lower levels within the party. The relationship between individual and organization within the Party and the method of dealing with it have made contributions in theory and accumulated experience in practice. The important enlightenment of these explorations is that the inner-party relationship should adapt to the transformation of the party's role from revolution to power, and the construction of the inner-party relationship must be protected by the system. Only in this way, the inner-party relationship can maintain a good state.
