【摘要】："四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體治國理政現(xiàn)代化的總方略和行動指南。"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局與反腐倡廉建設(shè)構(gòu)成一個辯證統(tǒng)一的內(nèi)在政治邏輯:"全面建成小康社會"的"發(fā)展之維"是構(gòu)建"不必腐"保障機制的前提和基礎(chǔ);"全面深化改革"的"動力之維"是構(gòu)建"不能腐"監(jiān)督機制的核心和關(guān)鍵;"全面依法治國"的"法治之維"是構(gòu)建"不敢腐"懲戒機制的手段和途徑;"全面從嚴治黨"的"組織之維"是構(gòu)建"不想腐"組織機制的目的和歸宿。文章提出并闡述了構(gòu)建"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局下反腐倡廉建設(shè)"四維機制"的實踐路徑,旨在為深入推進中國共產(chǎn)黨反腐倡廉建設(shè)提供學(xué)理支撐和實踐參鑒。
[Abstract]:The "four comprehensive" strategic layout is the general strategy and action guide of the modernization of governing the country and administration of the new central leadership collective with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. " The four comprehensive "strategic layout" and anti-corruption construction constitute a dialectical and unified internal political logic: the "development dimension" of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" is the premise and foundation of constructing "no corruption" guarantee mechanism; The "dynamic dimension" of reform is the core and key to the construction of "non-corrupt" supervisory mechanism, the "rule of law dimension" of "ruling the country according to law" is the means and way to construct the disciplinary mechanism of "not dare to corrupt", and the "comprehensive and strict administration of the party" The organizational dimension is the purpose and destination of constructing the organization mechanism of "do not want to rot". This paper puts forward and expounds the practical path of constructing "four dimensional mechanism" in the construction of "four comprehensive" strategic layout, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for further promoting the construction of anti-corruption and promoting clean government of the Communist Party of China.
