【摘要】：正金東區(qū)探索區(qū)域化黨建的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,充分發(fā)揮了基層黨組織在社會(huì)治理中的核心引領(lǐng)作用。既有"規(guī)定動(dòng)作",又有"自選動(dòng)作",體現(xiàn)了不斷探索的精神、實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度和與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的勇氣,具有明顯的后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)。首先,在工作要求上體現(xiàn)"六個(gè)著眼"。一是著眼于圍繞大局,服務(wù)大局,做好黨建工作,引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,推動(dòng)基層善治;二是著眼于工作連續(xù)性、統(tǒng)籌性、實(shí)效性,以區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌、動(dòng)態(tài)管理構(gòu)建城鄉(xiāng)一體黨員動(dòng)態(tài)
