【摘要】：憂患意識(shí)是中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的優(yōu)秀基因,也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨憂黨思想的精神基礎(chǔ)。習(xí)近平繼承了傳統(tǒng)文化中的憂患意識(shí)和憂黨傳統(tǒng),運(yùn)用獨(dú)特的理論方法、思維品質(zhì)和實(shí)踐路徑拓展了憂黨的內(nèi)涵。作為一種人文精神,憂黨強(qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)揮黨員主體的能動(dòng)作用;作為一種思維方法,憂黨包含居安思危、轉(zhuǎn)憂為優(yōu)的辯證邏輯;作為一種價(jià)值取向,憂黨是對(duì)黨的組織和黨員行為的定位和定向。習(xí)近平之所以憂黨,是國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境復(fù)雜變化和黨面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)使然。何以解憂,唯有全面從嚴(yán)治黨。黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平遵循馬克思主義政黨治理規(guī)律,對(duì)黨的主體要素、黨的組織系統(tǒng)、黨的執(zhí)行力、黨的組織文化、政治生態(tài)環(huán)境等方面,進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)、從嚴(yán)的治理,不僅探索出新形勢(shì)下管黨治黨的新路,而且豐富和拓展了馬克思主義黨建理論寶庫(kù)。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of suffering is the excellent gene of Chinese traditional culture and the spiritual foundation of the CPC's thought of worrying about the Party.Xi Jinping inherited the sense of suffering and the tradition of worrying about the Party in the traditional culture, and expanded the connotation of worrying the Party by using the unique theoretical method, thinking quality and practical path.As a humanistic spirit, the worried Party emphasizes giving full play to the active role of the main body of party members; as a way of thinking, worrying about the Party contains dialectical logic of raising vigilance and turning worry into superiority; as a value orientation,Worrying about the Party is the orientation and orientation of the Party's organization and party members' behavior.Xi Jinping is worried about the Party, is the complex changes in the international and domestic environment and the Party's realistic challenges.The only way to solve this problem is to administer the Party strictly.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping has followed the laws of Marxist party governance, and has comprehensively, systematically, and strictly governed the main elements of the party, the party's organizational system, the party's executive power, the party's organizational culture, and the political ecological environment, etc.It not only explores a new way to manage the party under the new situation, but also enriches and expands the treasure house of Marxist party building theory.
