【摘要】：建國之初,黨和政府亟需解決戰(zhàn)后造成的嚴重的經濟衰退問題,加快國民經濟的恢復和發(fā)展,保障人民最根本的利益是當時我黨需要解決的主要問題。第一代中共中央領導人以繼承和發(fā)展的眼光,將馬克思主義利益理論創(chuàng)新的運用于當時的實際情況,將實現(xiàn)人民的利益作為革命和建設的根本出發(fā)點和歸宿,從而造就了馬克思主義人民利益理論中國化的一次歷史性飛躍。本文以建國初期(1949年至1956年)這一歷史階段為研究背景,以歷史唯物主義和辯證唯物主義作為指導思想,運用多種研究方法,通過對建國初期中國共產黨人民利益觀的理論淵源、歷史背景、基本內容、意義及啟示等方面進行了研究與分析,拓展了中國共產黨人民利益觀的研究范圍,為更好地指導中國共產黨在新的歷史時期如何有效解決新出現(xiàn)的人民利益矛盾,更好的實現(xiàn)、維護與發(fā)展人民利益提供理論借鑒。本文第一部分主要介紹了研究目的和意義、國內外研究現(xiàn)狀及本文的研究內容及方法;第二部分主要對建國初期中國共產黨人民利益觀進行了追本溯源,對其理論淵源和歷史背景分別從中國傳統(tǒng)文化、馬克思恩格斯無產階級利益思想及中國共產黨人民利益觀建設這三方面進行了探討;第三部分主要對建國初期中國共產黨人民利益觀的基本內容進行了研究與歸納,從中總結出有關政治、經濟、文化、外交、醫(yī)療、廉政、生態(tài)等方面內容;第四部分研究了建國初期中國共產黨人民利益觀的意義及對解決當前我國人民利益矛盾的啟示。建國初期中國共產黨人民利益觀是對建國初期中國共產黨人民利益思想的全面總結。它標志著中國共產黨人民利益觀的初步形成,對如何有效解決目前我國人民利益矛盾問題具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Party and the government urgently need to solve the serious economic recession caused by the postwar, accelerate the recovery and development of the national economy, and safeguard the most fundamental interests of the people, which is the main problem that our Party needs to solve at that time.From the perspective of inheritance and development, the first generation of leaders of the CPC Central Committee applied the Marxist interest theory innovation to the actual situation at that time, and took the realization of the interests of the people as the fundamental starting point and end-result of revolution and construction.Thus, the Marxist theory of the interests of the people in China has created a historic leap.This paper takes the historical stage of the founding of the people's Republic of China (1949-1956) as the research background, takes historical materialism and dialectical materialism as the guiding ideology, and uses various research methods.By studying and analyzing the theoretical origin, historical background, basic content, significance and enlightenment of the view of the people's interests of the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the author has expanded the scope of the research on the view of the people's interests of the Chinese Communist Party.In order to guide the Communist Party of China in the new historical period how to effectively solve the new contradictions of the interests of the people, better realization, safeguard and development of the interests of the people to provide theoretical reference.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research status and the research content and method of this paper, the second part mainly traces the origin of the Chinese Communist Party's view of the people's interests in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.The theoretical origin and historical background are discussed from the three aspects of Chinese traditional culture, Marx and Engels' proletarian interest thought and the construction of the Chinese Communist Party's people's interest view.The third part mainly studies and summarizes the basic contents of the people's interests of the Communist Party of China at the beginning of the founding of the people, and summarizes the contents of politics, economy, culture, diplomacy, medical treatment, clean government, ecology and so on.The fourth part studies the significance of the people's interests of the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the people and its enlightenment to solve the contradictions of the interests of the Chinese people.The view of the people's benefit of the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China is a comprehensive summary of the thought of the interests of the people of theIt marks the initial formation of the Chinese Communist Party's view of the interests of the people, and has certain reference significance for how to effectively solve the problem of the contradiction of the interests of the people in our country.
