【摘要】：河南省淮陽縣在推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村廉政體系建設(shè)過程中,實(shí)施了權(quán)力清單化,推進(jìn)權(quán)力內(nèi)容的全部公開透明;履職程序化,推進(jìn)權(quán)力運(yùn)行的剛性規(guī)范;監(jiān)督科技化,推進(jìn)權(quán)力監(jiān)督手段的飛躍式提升;問責(zé)常態(tài)化,推進(jìn)失責(zé)追究的常態(tài)運(yùn)行。這些措施的實(shí)施,有效地遏制了農(nóng)村的"微腐敗",提高了鄉(xiāng)村機(jī)構(gòu)的辦事效率,展示了科技反腐的前景,保持了鄉(xiāng)村穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)了社會(huì)和諧,贏得了民心。這些做法,對(duì)在新時(shí)期更好地加強(qiáng)基層黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)、搞好鄉(xiāng)村治理,有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the construction of rural clean government system in Huaiyang County, Henan Province, the list of powers has been implemented to promote the transparency of all the contents of the power, to carry out the duties and procedures, to promote the rigid standard of the power operation, to supervise the science and technology,Promote the leapfrogging of the means of power supervision; the normalization of accountability, promote the normal operation of accountability.The implementation of these measures has effectively contained "micro-corruption" in rural areas, improved the efficiency of rural institutions, demonstrated the prospect of science and technology anti-corruption, maintained rural stability, promoted social harmony and won popular support.These measures are of great significance for strengthening the construction of party style and clean government at the grass-roots level and improving rural governance in the new period.
