【摘要】：正一要強(qiáng)化黨組織書記"第一責(zé)任人"的職責(zé)。持續(xù)深化黨組織書記抓基層黨建工作公開承諾,全面建立黨組織書記抓基層黨建工作"三張清單",充分發(fā)揮媒體的監(jiān)督作用,跟蹤晾曬承諾事項和清單任務(wù)完成情況。進(jìn)一步完善黨建工作考核激勵機(jī)制,認(rèn)真落實"三級聯(lián)述
