【摘要】：正當前,我們的改革已進入深水區(qū),創(chuàng)新已創(chuàng)到關(guān)鍵位,攻堅已攻到制高點。統(tǒng)籌推進"五位一體"總體布局和協(xié)調(diào)推進"四個全面",迫切需要一支有思想、講原則、敢擔當、能作為,并且政治上堅定、組織上嚴明、作風上過硬、敢打敢拼的"獅子型"干部隊伍。實踐充分證明,黨的路線、方針、政策確定之后,在落實上干部就是決定因素。面對新常態(tài),我們既要有勤勤懇懇、任勞任怨、韌勁十足的"老黃牛"干部,更要有雷厲風行、砥礪奮進的"獅子型"
