【摘要】:正在黨的十八屆六中全會(huì)上,習(xí)近平總書(shū)記明確提出,要注重加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),不斷培厚良好政治生態(tài)的土壤。在加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,組織部門(mén)應(yīng)立足"兩有一無(wú)",樹(shù)立正確用人導(dǎo)向,讓好干部有用武之地、有成才之望、無(wú)后顧之憂,達(dá)到凈化政治生態(tài)、純潔黨內(nèi)政治文化的效果。一、著力讓好干部有用武之地,營(yíng)造公道正派的環(huán)境氛圍用好一個(gè)人,可以帶動(dòng)一方發(fā)
[Abstract]:At the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of political culture within the Party and constantly cultivating the soil of good political ecology.In the process of strengthening the construction of political culture within the Party, the organizational departments should base themselves on "two have one no," set up a correct orientation for employing people, so that good cadres have the opportunity to display their talents, have the hope of becoming talented, have no worries behind them, and achieve the goal of purifying political ecology.The effect of pure inner-party political culture.First, efforts should be made to give good cadres the opportunity to display their talents, and to create a fair and decent environment in which a person can be used well, which can lead to the development of one side.
