【摘要】：正對于有能力的干部進行必要的職業(yè)歷練是確保其思想、行為實現(xiàn)質(zhì)變的重要環(huán)節(jié),也只有深入基層真正體察民情、洞悉民生,方能在日后想群眾所想、思群眾所需。但部分干部并未看到深入基層、深入群眾這一過程的真正用意所在,反而將其視為自我"鍍金"的有效經(jīng)歷,在工作中所希望實現(xiàn)的也并非創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,而是抱有"穩(wěn)中求進、平安著陸"的"粉飾"心態(tài),成為名副其實的"飛鴿型"干部,即路經(jīng)此處,僅做短暫停留即可。這不僅嚴重影響干部
[Abstract]:The necessary professional experience for capable cadres is an important link to ensure that their thinking and behavior change qualitatively, and only by going deep into the grassroots to truly understand the people's feelings and understand the people's livelihood can they think about what the masses want and think about the needs of the masses in the future.However, some cadres did not see the true intention of the process of going deep into the grassroots and the masses. Instead, they regarded it as an effective experience of "gilding" themselves. What they hoped to achieve in their work was not innovation and development, but rather "pursuing progress in a steady and steady way."The "whitewash" mentality of "landing safely" has become a veritable "flying pigeon" cadre, that is, passing through here, only to make a short stay.This not only seriously affects cadres.
