【摘要】：在土地革命時(shí)期的1928年至1932年5年間,以賀龍、周逸群為代表的一批中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人,遵照黨中央的指示,到湘鄂邊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)革命武裝斗爭(zhēng),發(fā)展工農(nóng)紅軍、建立蘇維埃政權(quán),創(chuàng)建了湘鄂西革命根據(jù)地。在這里,革命前輩們高度重視官僚主義和貪污腐化問(wèn)題,自始至終為克服這兩大問(wèn)題不懈努力和探索:蘇維埃政府建立伊始,蘇區(qū)政府就把反腐倡廉提到很高的位置;始終把黨內(nèi)教育放在首位,加強(qiáng)對(duì)黨員和廣大干部的思想教育,不斷提高革命政權(quán)工作人員的政治思想素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)預(yù)警防控;嚴(yán)明黨紀(jì)、政紀(jì)和軍紀(jì),加強(qiáng)作風(fēng)建設(shè);加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),時(shí)刻敲響警鐘;蘇區(qū)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以身作則,樹(shù)立光輝典范。湘鄂西蘇區(qū)關(guān)于廉政建設(shè)的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我們今天的反腐倡廉工作,具有深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義和十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:During the five years between 1928 and 1932 during the agrarian revolution, a group of Chinese Communists, represented by He Long and Zhou Yiqun, went to the edge of Hunan and Hubei to lead the revolutionary armed struggle, develop the Workers and Peasants Red Army and establish Soviet power, in accordance with the instructions of the Party Central Committee.The revolutionary base area of western Hunan and Hubei was established.Here, the revolutionary predecessors attached great importance to bureaucracy and corruption, from beginning to end to overcome these two problems of unremitting efforts and exploration: the Soviet government was established, the Soviet region government put the anti-corruption to a very high position;We should always put inner-party education in the first place, strengthen ideological education for party members and cadres, constantly improve the political and ideological quality of the functionaries of the revolutionary regime, strengthen early warning, prevention and control, and strictly enforce party discipline, political discipline and military discipline, and strengthen the building of work style.Strengthen the construction of the system, always sounded the alarm bell; the main leaders of the Soviet region set an example and set a shining example.The valuable experience of building a clean government in the western part of Hunan and Hubei is of profound historical significance and very important practical significance to our work of fighting corruption and advocating clean government today.
