【摘要】：黨的十八大以來的實踐以及進行新的偉大實踐的需要,對十九大修訂黨章起到了奠基和催生的作用。十九大新修訂黨章最大的亮點和創(chuàng)新之處,是把習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想確立為指導(dǎo)思想。黨章修改體現(xiàn)了歷史必然性和馬克思主義政黨主動性、創(chuàng)造性的完美結(jié)合;既繼承傳統(tǒng)又勇于突破創(chuàng)新。十九大新修訂黨章是保證中華民族偉大復(fù)興的法規(guī)文件,將在中共歷史和民族復(fù)興史上寫下光輝的一頁。
[Abstract]:The practice since the 18th Party Congress and the need for new great practice have laid the foundation for 19th CPC National Congress's amendment of the Party Constitution.The greatest highlight and innovation of 19th CPC National Congress's new revised Party Constitution is the establishment of 19th CPC National Congress's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era as its guiding ideology.The revision of the Party Constitution embodies the perfect combination of historical inevitability and the initiative and creativity of Marxist political parties, and inherits tradition and dares to break through innovation.19th CPC National Congress's new revised Party Constitution is a legal document to guarantee the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and will be a glorious page in the history of the CPC and the national rejuvenation.
