【摘要】：針對新時期社會發(fā)展變化與農(nóng)村資源稟賦差異等因素,金東區(qū)以區(qū)域化黨建創(chuàng)新帶動基層社會治理,提升基層治理水平與治理實(shí)效,回應(yīng)了全面深化改革時代推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的總體要求。
