【摘要】：馬克思主義群眾觀是在馬克思唯物史觀創(chuàng)立過程中逐漸形成的,是馬克思主義唯物史觀的核心和靈魂,是無產(chǎn)階級政黨凝聚人心、贏得勝利的法寶。馬克思主義群眾觀具有豐富內(nèi)涵,其核心內(nèi)容可以概括為:肯定人民群眾是歷史的創(chuàng)造者、是社會一切財富的創(chuàng)造者、是推動人類社會變革發(fā)展的決定力量;方法論方面是在工作中堅持以最多數(shù)的人民群眾為中心,堅持踐行“從群眾中來,到群眾中去”的思想路線。在價值觀方面,堅持代表最廣大人民群眾根本利益。我們通過對馬克思所處時代背景的深刻認識,系統(tǒng)分析了馬克思主義群眾觀形成的理論來源和時代背景,更深層次的挖掘和探索對馬克思主義群眾觀在理論層面的理解和實踐層面的運用。我黨將馬克思主義群眾觀視為中國新民主主義革命和進行社會主義建設的根本工作路線和重要法寶之一。中國共產(chǎn)黨從1921年7月23日誕生至今,向來就重視堅持和發(fā)展馬克思主義的群眾觀。無論是從早期的民主革命時期和到如今的社會主義建設,國家各屆領導集體都重視傳承和發(fā)展馬克思群眾觀的深刻內(nèi)涵,先后形成了毛澤東同志的“從群眾中來,到群眾中去”的群眾觀思想、鄧小平的人民群眾共同富裕的群眾觀思想、江澤民的“三個代表”中代表最廣大人民群眾根本利益的群眾觀思想、胡錦濤的“權為民所用、情為民所系,利為民所謀”的群眾觀思想、習近平的“實現(xiàn)中國夢,創(chuàng)造全體人民更加美好生活”的群眾觀思想理念等。馬克思主義群眾觀思想,在全面開展社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設,實現(xiàn)“中國夢”的今天,對在全黨范圍內(nèi)宣傳、堅持馬克思主義群眾觀,推廣四個全面的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,貫徹落實習近平總書記的新發(fā)展理念,都具有現(xiàn)實的重要意義。
[Abstract]:The Marxist mass view is gradually formed in the course of the creation of Marxist historical materialism. It is the core and soul of Marxist historical materialism and the magic weapon for the proletarian party to unite people and win victory.Marxist mass view has rich connotation, its core content can be summarized as follows: affirming that the people are the creators of history, the creators of all social wealth, and the decisive forces to promote the development of human society's transformation and development;The methodological aspect is to focus on the majority of the people and to practice the ideological line of "coming from the masses to the masses" in their work.In terms of values, adhere to represent the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.Through a profound understanding of the background of the era in which Marx lived, we systematically analyzed the theoretical sources and the background of the formation of the Marxist view of the masses.The deeper level excavates and explores the Marxist mass view in the theory level understanding and the practice level application.Our Party regards the Marxist view of the masses as one of the basic working routes and important magic weapons for China's new democratic revolution and socialist construction.Since the birth of the Communist Party of China on July 23, 1921, it has always attached importance to upholding and developing Marxist view of the masses.From the early period of the democratic revolution to the socialist construction today, the leading collectives of the state have attached great importance to inheriting and developing the profound connotation of Marx's view of the masses, and have successively formed Comrade Mao Zedong's "from among the masses."The mass view thought of going to the masses, Deng Xiaoping's mass view of the common prosperity of the masses, the mass view thought representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in Jiang Zemin's "three represents", the "power of the people" is used by the people.The idea of mass view of "realizing Chinese Dream and creating a better life for the whole people" is put forward by Chinese Dream.Today, with the overall development of socialist modernization and the realization of "Chinese Dream," the Marxist concept of the masses is propagating throughout the Party, upholding the Marxist view of the masses, and popularizing the four comprehensive development strategies.The implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's new development concept is of practical significance.
