【摘要】：陳云同志在新中國(guó)成立和改革開放初期,積累了大量治國(guó)理政的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他認(rèn)為,治國(guó)理政要先弄清國(guó)情,講實(shí)事求是,否則什么事情也搞不好。我們黨治國(guó)理政,是為絕大多數(shù)人民謀福利,不要為了搞建設(shè)而搞建設(shè),不要忘記我們搞經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的最終目的,是為了改善人民的生活。搞建設(shè)要正確處理基本建設(shè)與人民生活的相互關(guān)系,要按經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律辦事,做到綜合平衡、按比例發(fā)展。處理重大關(guān)系和問題要堅(jiān)持"全面抓、抓全面"的工作方法和馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)思想。陳云治國(guó)理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)中的許多基本理念、主要思想、重大原則,在今天仍然有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Comrade Chen Yun accumulated a great deal of experience in running a country and managing politics during the founding of New China and the beginning of reform and opening up.He believed that, first of all, the state of the country should be clarified, and facts should be sought from facts, otherwise nothing could be done.In ruling the country and managing government, our party is seeking the welfare of the overwhelming majority of the people. We should not build for the sake of construction. We should not forget that our ultimate goal in economic construction is to improve the people's living standards.We must correctly handle the relationship between capital construction and the people's life, handle affairs in accordance with economic laws, achieve comprehensive balance, and develop proportionately.To deal with major relations and problems, we should adhere to the working method of "grasping comprehensively and grasping comprehensively" and the guiding ideology of Marxism.Many basic ideas, main ideas and important principles in Chen Yun's experience of governing and managing politics still have important practical significance today.
