【摘要】：大學(xué)生黨支部當前存在低年級大學(xué)生黨員數(shù)量不足、黨支部設(shè)置困難、大學(xué)生入黨積極分子政治培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)弱化、活動組織不便且質(zhì)量不高等亟待解決的問題。要解決問題,就要突出"早"字,重點解決低年級正式黨員數(shù)量不足等問題;抓好輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)這個關(guān)鍵;創(chuàng)新黨支部活動內(nèi)容和方法;做好頂層設(shè)計,鋪就大學(xué)生黨支部建設(shè)的制度和組織保障。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the Party branch of college students, such as the shortage of the number of junior college students' Party members, the difficulty of setting up the Party branch, the weakening of the political training link of the college students' admission to the Party, the inconvenient organization of the activities and the low quality, etc.To solve the problem, it is necessary to highlight the word "early" and focus on solving the problem of insufficient number of junior regular party members; do a good job in building the contingent of counselors; innovate the contents and methods of the activities of the Party branch; and do a good job in top-level design.Lay out the system and organizational guarantee for the construction of the Party branch of college students.
