[Abstract]:Just as "abstinence from corruption" and incorruptible. "Xunzi Confucian effect" said: "will endure private then can be public."It means to be able to suppress selfish desires in the will and then to be public.Leading cadres should realize that no matter how small the temptation is, they will tear up a small hole that is not noticeable but can not be ignored. As time grows, it will eventually break like a levee, a thousand miles away, irretrievably; and we must persist in a clean government.
