【摘要】：正一把手在想問題、辦事情、做決策時(shí),必須有七個(gè)"度"一是站在應(yīng)有的高度。俗話說,站得高,看得遠(yuǎn)。一把手只有站在應(yīng)有的高度,才能視野開闊、高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚,才能思想超脫、思維活躍,才會有遠(yuǎn)見卓識、真知灼見。否則,如果站位很低,必然視野狹隘、目光短淺,"一葉障目,不見泰山"。二是看到應(yīng)有的深度。一把手在看問題的時(shí)候,絕不能只看到現(xiàn)象,只停留在表面,只知道"是什么",不知道"為什么"。必須有一雙識別真?zhèn)蔚?火眼金睛",不為五光
[Abstract]:As the saying goes, one must stand high and see far away.
