【摘要】：2016年,圍繞大學生黨支部建設的相關問題,課題組在湖北省10所高校開展問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查表明,大學生黨支部建設的問題,已成為高校全面落實從嚴治黨的關鍵因素和核心載體。受訪者對大學生黨支部建設模式的評價中,年級觀念和專業(yè)歸屬強烈,更贊同以年級或?qū)I(yè)為單位建立黨支部;對大學生黨支部建設現(xiàn)狀的評價中,總體感覺一般,其黨支部的戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用和黨員的先鋒模范作用有待加強;對大學生黨支部建設效果的評價中,總體滿意度不高,其肯定性評價有待加強。加強大學生黨支部建設,應當堅持模式建設為先,主輔配合、虛實結(jié)合,構(gòu)建立體黨建新模式;堅持路徑建設為重,提高支部書記素質(zhì),注重思想政治學習,創(chuàng)新支部活動方式和強化責任宗旨意識,充分發(fā)揮大學生黨支部凝聚人心、促進學習、服務同學的作用。
[Abstract]:In 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 10 colleges and universities in Hubei Province, focusing on the problems related to the construction of the Party branch of college students. The investigation shows that the problems in the construction of the party branch of the college students, It has become the key factor and core carrier of implementing strict administration of the Party in colleges and universities. In the evaluation of college students' Party branch construction mode, the concept of grade and the attribution of specialty are strong, and the party branch should be established by grade or specialty. In the evaluation of the current situation of the college students' Party branch construction, the general feeling is general, the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members need to be strengthened, while in the evaluation of the effect of the college students' Party branch construction, the overall satisfaction degree is not high. In order to strengthen the construction of college students' Party branch, we should persist in the construction of the new model of the Party building with the combination of the main and the auxiliary, the combination of the main and the auxiliary, the combination of the false and the actual, and the construction of the new model of the Party building in a three-dimensional manner. Paying attention to the ideological and political study, innovating the activity mode of the branch and strengthening the sense of responsibility and tenet, giving full play to the role of the college students' Party branch in rallying people's heart, promoting the study and serving the students.
