【摘要】:中共七屆二中全會閉幕之后,全會精神得到廣泛傳播。中共中央及其領導人、各級各類組織機構、中共黨員和干部、知識分子和媒體構成傳播主體,發(fā)揮權威發(fā)布與詮釋、上傳與下達、研究與宣傳的作用,表現(xiàn)出政治上認同中共、社會威望高、依托社會組織、與受眾緊密聯(lián)系的特點。傳播內(nèi)容包括消滅國民黨殘余部隊的方針、工作重心轉移、工作中心轉移、黨在全國勝利后的基本政策和黨的建設五個方面,總體上客觀反映了全會精神、深化和發(fā)展了全會精神,但對其中一些內(nèi)容存在爭議。全會精神通過人際傳播、組織傳播、大眾傳播三種渠道進行傳播,呈現(xiàn)出渠道多、覆蓋廣、受中共領導、貼近受眾的特點。全會精神傳播受眾包括黨員和干部、工人和農(nóng)民、知識分子、民族資產(chǎn)階級。大部分受眾接受了全會精神。由于階級屬性、工作崗位、知識水平等方面的差異,接受情況有所不同。全會精神傳播取得良好的效果,推動中共從革命黨向執(zhí)政黨轉型以及新中國政治社會化,全會精神成為受眾指導實踐的準則。全會精神傳播也存在一些不足,如信息反饋機制不健全,對傳播內(nèi)容的爭議影響傳播效果。全會精神傳播為當代馬克思主義大眾化帶來重要啟示:馬克思主義大眾化要從實際出發(fā),探索和運用多種傳播渠道和方法,建立科學、系統(tǒng)、有效的反饋機制。
[Abstract]:After the closing of the second Plenary session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of the Plenary session was widely disseminated. The CPC Central Committee and its leaders, organizations at all levels, party members and cadres, intellectuals and the media constituted the main body of the communication and gave full play to its authoritative publication and interpretation. The role of uploading and issuing, research and propaganda shows the characteristics of political identification with the CPC, high social prestige, relying on social organizations, and close contact with the audience. The content of communication includes the policy of eliminating the remaining Kuomintang troops and the shift of focus of work. The shift of the work center and the five aspects of the Party's basic policy and party building after the victory of the whole country have objectively reflected the spirit of the Plenary session, deepened and developed the spirit of the Plenary session, but there are disputes over some of its contents. The spirit of the Plenary session is transmitted through interpersonal communication. There are three channels for communication, organization and mass communication, which show that there are many channels, covering a wide range of channels, being under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and close to the characteristics of the audience. The spiritual communication audience of the plenary session includes party members and cadres, workers and peasants, and intellectuals. The national bourgeoisie. The majority of the audience accepted the spirit of the plenary session. Due to the differences in class attributes, jobs and knowledge levels, the acceptance situation was different. The spiritual dissemination of the plenary session achieved good results. To promote the CPC's transformation from the revolutionary party to the ruling party and the political socialization of the people's Republic of China, the spirit of the plenary session has become the norm for the audience to guide the practice. The spiritual communication of the plenary session brings important enlightenment to the popularization of contemporary Marxism: the popularization of Marxism should proceed from reality, explore and use various channels and methods of communication, and establish a scientific and systematic approach.
