【摘要】：正源遠(yuǎn)流長的中華文明在其傳承發(fā)展過程之中,形成了獨(dú)具特色的廉政觀念。這些傳統(tǒng)廉政觀念在全面推進(jìn)依法治國的今天,有其不可否認(rèn)的積極意義,但也有其必須摒棄的落后意識(shí)。為建立中國特色社會(huì)主義法治國家,我們理應(yīng)揚(yáng)棄地對待傳統(tǒng)文化,取其精華、去其糟粕。本文從對比傳統(tǒng)廉政觀與法治廉政觀的實(shí)質(zhì)與特點(diǎn)入手,細(xì)致闡述二者存在的差異,以期能為法治廉政觀的樹立與推廣盡綿薄之力。一、傳統(tǒng)廉政觀的本質(zhì)與特點(diǎn)中國傳統(tǒng)廉政觀有著極為豐富的內(nèi)涵,但植根于專
