【摘要】：近年來海外研究關(guān)注了中國(guó)腐敗現(xiàn)象和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)的多方面內(nèi)容,不僅涵蓋國(guó)內(nèi)腐敗的定義、特征、成因及腐敗與其他社會(huì)問題的關(guān)系,還對(duì)中國(guó)反腐制度、方式、機(jī)理、效果、發(fā)展方向以及群眾的認(rèn)同程度等作出分析,這些研究關(guān)注到了中國(guó)的特殊國(guó)情并將相關(guān)研究納入到宏觀的治理格局之中,但較少能夠產(chǎn)生中國(guó)本土化的理論,其支撐材料也有存疑之處。在研究方法上,海外研究偏好案例分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析等實(shí)證性方法,但存在一味追求"科學(xué)化"的傾向和一些重要研究范式的缺失等瑕疵。未來的廉政治理研究應(yīng)在繼續(xù)拓展視野的同時(shí)逐步發(fā)掘本土性特色。
[Abstract]:In recent years, overseas studies have paid close attention to various aspects of corruption in China and the struggle against corruption. They not only cover the definition, characteristics, causes of corruption and the relationship between corruption and other social problems, but also have an impact on China's anti-corruption system, ways and mechanisms. The effect, the direction of development and the degree of acceptance of the masses are analyzed. These studies focus on the special conditions of China and bring the relevant studies into the macro governance pattern, but less can produce the theory of localization of China. There are also doubts about its supporting materials. In terms of research methods, empirical methods such as overseas research preference case analysis and data analysis, However, there are some defects such as the tendency of blindly pursuing "scientization" and the absence of some important research paradigms, etc. The future research on clean government should continue to expand its horizons and gradually explore the local characteristics at the same time.
