【摘要】：黨員吸納原則是黨的組織策略的一個重要方面,直接關系到黨員的質量和結構并進而影響著政黨的活動效能。在政黨適應性視角下,民主主義革命時期,中國共產(chǎn)黨黨員吸納原則經(jīng)歷了從"精英建黨"到"寧缺毋濫"的謹慎吸納原則、"數(shù)量上的增加可以改善質量"的變通吸納原則、"左"傾機會主義主導下的唯成分吸納原則、"大膽發(fā)展而又不讓一個壞分子侵入"的辯證吸納原則四個階段。這一嬗變歷程啟示我們:黨員吸納原則要根據(jù)黨的中心任務轉換和外部環(huán)境的變遷作出適應性調整,這種調整是在堅持馬克思主義組織原則前提下既保持一定彈性又維持在一定限度之內的調整,其內核就是堅持黨員的先進性標準。
[Abstract]:The principle of admission of party members is an important aspect of the Party's organizational strategy, which is directly related to the quality and structure of party members and thus affects the efficiency of party activities. In the perspective of political party adaptability, during the period of democratic revolution, The principle of admission of CPC members has experienced the principle of prudent absorption from "building the party by the elite" to "not having to overdo". The principle of "quantity increase can improve the quality" and the principle of "left" opportunism dominates only success. The principle of partial absorption, the dialectical absorption principle of "developing boldly without allowing a bad element to intrude", reveals that the principle of Party member acceptance should be changed according to the Party's central task and the change of external environment. Make adaptive adjustments, On the premise of adhering to the principle of Marxist organization, this kind of adjustment is not only flexible but also within a certain limit, the core of which is to adhere to the standard of advanced nature of the Party members.
