【摘要】:競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔作為近年來中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義干部人事制度改革的重要內(nèi)容,在擴(kuò)大選人用人視野、提高民主化程度等方面為深化干部人事制度改革作出了卓有成效的貢獻(xiàn)。但隨著實(shí)踐的發(fā)展,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔也暴露出了許多問題,在一定程度上阻礙了其自身優(yōu)勢(shì)的發(fā)揮。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔的發(fā)展歷程,深入剖析了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔工作中存在的問題,并結(jié)合實(shí)際提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)當(dāng)前及未來競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔干部工作的改進(jìn)與完善提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Competitive selection is an important part of the reform of the personnel system of socialist cadres with Chinese characteristics in recent years. Improving the degree of democratization has made fruitful contributions to deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system. However, with the development of practice, many problems have been exposed in competitive selection. This paper systematically combs the development course of competitive selection, deeply analyzes the problems existing in competitive selection, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation. In order to provide reference for the improvement and perfection of the current and future competitive selection of cadres.
