【摘要】：正基本案情肖×,中共黨員,A省B市市委書記。2016年1月至4月,肖×在任B市市委書記期間,先后4次以津貼、效益獎金、禮金等名義收受A省××股份有限公司現(xiàn)金共計30萬元。5月,A省紀(jì)委收到群眾舉報反映肖×收受A省××股份有限公司獎金等問題的線索。6月至7月,經(jīng)報A省省委批準(zhǔn),A省紀(jì)委先后4次針對群眾反映的問題與肖×進(jìn)行談話和函詢,肖×均予以否認(rèn)。8月,肖×被組織立案審查。經(jīng)審查,群眾舉報反映肖×的問題屬實。
