【摘要】：黨支部組織生活會(huì)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)開(kāi)展批評(píng)和自我批評(píng)的主陣地主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)之一,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活意義重大,但與民主生活會(huì)相比,當(dāng)前組織生活會(huì)顯得明顯薄弱,亟待加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范。加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范黨支部組織生活會(huì)的基本思路是:參照民主生活會(huì)規(guī)范化制度化建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和藍(lán)本由黨中央制定一部統(tǒng)一的關(guān)于組織生活會(huì)的黨內(nèi)法規(guī);推動(dòng)會(huì)內(nèi)向會(huì)外、黨內(nèi)向黨外延伸,把會(huì)內(nèi)會(huì)外、黨內(nèi)黨外有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái);有針對(duì)性地著重解決組織生活會(huì)不經(jīng)常、不認(rèn)真、不嚴(yán)肅問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The organizational life of the Party branch will be one of the main battlefields for the CPC to carry out criticism and self-criticism within the Party. It is of great significance for strengthening and standardizing the party's political life. However, compared with the democratic life meeting, the current organizational life will be obviously weak. The basic ideas of strengthening and standardizing the organization and life meeting of the Party branch are as follows: referring to the experience of the standardization and institutionalization of the democratic life meeting and drawing up a unified inner-party law on the organization life meeting by the Party Central Committee; Push the meeting to outside, extend the party to outside the party, combine the meeting inside and outside the party and outside the party, and focus on solving the problems of organization life not often, not seriously, and not seriously.
