【摘要】：溝通功能是政黨的基本功能和屬性,完善黨群溝通機(jī)制是密切黨群關(guān)系的首要問(wèn)題,也是完善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和執(zhí)政方式的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。目前,黨群溝通機(jī)制在溝通主體、溝通信息、溝通渠道、溝通方式、溝通程序等方面還存在許多問(wèn)題。為此,必須推動(dòng)黨群溝通由被動(dòng)向主動(dòng)、由單向到雙向、由指令型向互動(dòng)型轉(zhuǎn)變,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)完備、良性互動(dòng)、科學(xué)有效的黨群溝通機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The communication function is the basic function and attribute of the political party. Perfecting the communication mechanism between the party and the masses is the most important issue in the close relationship between the party and the masses, as well as the key link in perfecting the party's leadership and ruling mode. At present, the communication mechanism between the party and the masses is communicating with the main body and the information. There are still many problems in communication channels, communication methods, communication procedures, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to push the communication between the Party and the masses from passive to active, from one-way to two-way, from command type to interactive type, so as to build a complete and benign interaction system. Scientific and effective communication mechanism between the Party and the masses.
