【摘要】：執(zhí)政成效關涉黨執(zhí)政地位的鞏固以及民眾對黨執(zhí)政合法性的認同。黨的十八大以來,習近平多次論及黨的執(zhí)政成效,并圍繞執(zhí)政成效創(chuàng)造性地提出了一系列新論斷,系統(tǒng)地形成了他關于執(zhí)政成效問題的理論觀點,主要體現(xiàn)在:堅持"以人民為中心",明晰了黨執(zhí)政成效的價值取向;尊重人民群眾的主體地位,構建了黨執(zhí)政成效評價指標體系;堅持問題導向,剖析了黨提高執(zhí)政成效面臨的挑戰(zhàn);以"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局為統(tǒng)領,提出了黨提高執(zhí)政成效的階段性目標和對策方略。
[Abstract]:The ruling effect is related to the consolidation of the Party's ruling position and the public's recognition of the Party's ruling legitimacy. Since the 18 CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has talked about the party's ruling effect many times, and creatively put forward a series of new conclusions about the ruling effect. He has systematically formed his theoretical views on the effectiveness of the ruling, which are mainly reflected in: insisting on "taking the people as the center," clarifying the value orientation of the Party's ruling effect, respecting the main position of the people, This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the Party's ruling effect, adheres to the problem orientation, analyzes the challenges faced by the Party in improving the ruling effect, and, under the guidance of the "four all-round" strategic layout, puts forward the phased goals and countermeasures for improving the ruling effect of the Party.
