【摘要】：中國(guó)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要國(guó)際和平的外部條件和穩(wěn)定的國(guó)內(nèi)秩序作為保障,否則,處于內(nèi)憂(yōu)外患的不安全狀態(tài)下,發(fā)展就是一句空話(huà)。習(xí)近平同志在"亞信"峰會(huì)以及和平共處五項(xiàng)原則發(fā)表60周年紀(jì)念大會(huì)上的講話(huà)中提出了"共同、共享、共贏、可持續(xù)"的亞洲安全觀(guān)和發(fā)展觀(guān),在國(guó)際互信基礎(chǔ)上形成的世界和平是中國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的外部條件;而反腐倡廉,提高執(zhí)政黨國(guó)家治理能力和深化改革是其內(nèi)部因素。內(nèi)因與外因合力,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"。在當(dāng)前依然存在來(lái)自國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端和"三股勢(shì)力"等諸多不安全因素以及黨內(nèi)存在腐敗現(xiàn)象的現(xiàn)狀下,深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)習(xí)近平同志的講話(huà)精神,處理好國(guó)際關(guān)系并在深化改革中抓好反腐倡廉,才能為促進(jìn)中國(guó)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展并為世界的和平與發(fā)展做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:China's sustainable development needs the external conditions of international peace and a stable domestic order as a guarantee, otherwise, it is in a state of internal and external insecurity. Development is empty talk. Comrade Xi Jinping's speech at the "CICA" summit and the 60th anniversary of the publication of the five principles of peaceful coexistence put forward the "common, shared, win-win, sustainable" concept of Asian security and the concept of development. World peace formed on the basis of international mutual trust is the external condition for China's sustainable development; and its internal factors, internal factors and external factors, such as combating corruption, promoting the governing capacity of the ruling party and deepening reform, are internal factors. In order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, "Chinese Dream". Under the current situation where there are still many unsafe factors such as international disputes and "three forces" and corruption within the party, we deeply understand the spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping's speech. Only by properly handling international relations and doing a good job in combating corruption and promoting clean government in deepening reform can we make greater contributions to promoting China's sustainable development and to world peace and development.
