【摘要】：加強黨內(nèi)紀(jì)律教育,是保證黨的肌體健康的中心環(huán)節(jié),是貫徹執(zhí)行黨的路線方針政策的重要條件,也是奪取革命、建設(shè)和改革事業(yè)勝利的可靠保證。解放戰(zhàn)爭時期,中國共產(chǎn)黨在黨內(nèi)廣泛開展紀(jì)律教育,灌輸馬克思主義基本理論,解決思想認(rèn)識問題;建立請示報告制度,保證黨的集中統(tǒng)一;健全黨委制,加強黨的集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。解放戰(zhàn)爭時期黨內(nèi)紀(jì)律教育,統(tǒng)一了全黨思想,加強了黨的集中統(tǒng)一,保證了民主革命的最終勝利,也積累了豐富的寶貴經(jīng)驗。對于當(dāng)前加強黨的紀(jì)律建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實啟示和借鑒意義,即加強理論灌輸,增強紀(jì)律意識,養(yǎng)成紀(jì)律自覺;嚴(yán)明黨的紀(jì)律,使紀(jì)律真正成為帶電的高壓線;黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要以身作則,成為遵守紀(jì)律的模范。
[Abstract]:Strengthening inner-party discipline education is the central link to ensure the health of the Party, an important condition for carrying out the Party's line, principles and policies, and a reliable guarantee for winning victory in the cause of revolution, construction and reform. The Communist Party of China has extensively carried out discipline education within the Party, instilled basic Marxist theories, solved ideological problems, established a system of reporting requests to ensure the centralization and unity of the party, and perfected the system of party committees. Strengthening the Party's collective leadership, inner-party discipline education during the War of Liberation, unifying the thinking of the whole Party, strengthening the centralization and unity of the Party, and ensuring the ultimate victory of the democratic revolution. It has also accumulated a wealth of valuable experience, which has important practical enlightenment and reference significance for strengthening the party's discipline construction at present, that is, strengthening theoretical inculcation, strengthening discipline consciousness, cultivating discipline consciousness, strictly clarifying the party's discipline, Make discipline a real high-voltage line with electricity; leading cadres of party members should set an example and become a model for observing discipline.
