【摘要】：延安時期是中國共產(chǎn)黨文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)理論與實踐走向成熟的關(guān)鍵時期,有力地推進(jìn)了新民主主義革命的前進(jìn)與勝利。在當(dāng)前全球化時代背景下,研究延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè),對深化黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的理論研究、總結(jié)延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗具有重要的借鑒意義和啟示作用。本文對延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了深入研究。論文遵從為何建——建設(shè)什么——如何建設(shè)的內(nèi)在邏輯,理性認(rèn)識延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè),從中探索黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的歷史經(jīng)驗和對現(xiàn)實的啟示。首先,提出延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的時代要求和理論依據(jù)。其次,論述延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的思想論綱,即文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略地位、主體要求、體制維度和基本原則。其戰(zhàn)略地位在于文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)是“無產(chǎn)階級思想領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的問題”、是國家意識形態(tài)構(gòu)建的要素、是新民主主義革命勝利的保障;其主體要求包括塑造高素質(zhì)的黨員干部、造就懂馬列的知識分子、培養(yǎng)高覺悟的廣大民眾;其體制維度在于政治體制的穩(wěn)固領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、政治體制主導(dǎo)文化體制、文化體制服務(wù)黨的路線。其基本原則在于黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識形態(tài)、堅持獨立自主、用馬列主義融合傳統(tǒng)文化。再次,概括了延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容,即建設(shè)現(xiàn)代性的民族文化、時代性的科學(xué)文化和廣泛性的大眾文化。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論述了延安時期黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的實踐,即理論戰(zhàn)線、文藝戰(zhàn)線、科教戰(zhàn)線和宣傳戰(zhàn)線。最后提出了文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的成果、經(jīng)驗和啟示。其成果在于提高了民眾的政治覺悟、創(chuàng)立了大眾話語體系、推進(jìn)了黨的局部執(zhí)政權(quán)威;其歷史經(jīng)驗在于黨的文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)要不斷強化理論創(chuàng)新、著重教育黨內(nèi)知識分子、堅持馬克思主義大眾化;其現(xiàn)實啟示在于黨要牢牢把握馬克思主義在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位、始終堅持黨性與人民性的統(tǒng)一,從而更好地為推進(jìn)全面深化改革、增強社會主義核心價值觀的認(rèn)同度、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國夢”服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is a crucial period when the theory and practice of the construction of the cultural leadership of the Communist Party of China have matured, which has pushed forward the advance and victory of the new democratic revolution. To study the construction of the Party's cultural leadership during the Yan'an period, and to study the theory of deepening the Party's cultural leadership, Summing up the basic experience of the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period is of great significance and enlightenment. This paper makes a deep study on the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period. The inner logic of how to build, Rational understanding of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period, from which to explore the historical experience of the Party's cultural leadership construction and its enlightenment to reality. Firstly, the paper puts forward the age requirements and theoretical basis of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period. Secondly, the author puts forward the historical requirements and theoretical basis of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period. This paper discusses the ideological outline of the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period, that is, the strategic position of the cultural leadership construction, the main body requirements, Its strategic position lies in the fact that the cultural leadership is "the problem of proletarian ideological leadership", the element of the construction of national ideology and the guarantee of the victory of the new democratic revolution. Its main requirements include shaping high-quality Party members and cadres, bringing up intellectuals who understand Marxism-Leninism, cultivating the masses with high awareness, and its institutional dimension lies in the solid leadership of the political system and the dominant cultural system of the political system. The basic principle of the cultural system serving the Party's line lies in the Party's leading ideology, its adherence to independence and its integration of traditional culture with Marxism-Leninism. Thirdly, it summarizes the main contents of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period. On the basis of the construction of modern national culture, modern scientific culture and extensive mass culture, this paper discusses the practice of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period, that is, the theoretical front and the literary front. Finally, the achievements, experiences and revelations of the construction of cultural leadership are put forward. The achievements lie in raising the people's political consciousness, creating the mass discourse system and promoting the local authority of the Party. The historical experience is that the construction of the Party's cultural leadership should constantly strengthen the theoretical innovation, emphasize the education of the intellectuals within the Party, and adhere to the popularization of Marxism. The realistic enlightenment lies in the fact that the Party should firmly grasp the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, always adhere to the unity of party spirit and people's character, so as to better promote the overall deepening of reform and strengthen the recognition degree of socialist core values. Chinese Dream serves the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
