【摘要】：黨報(bào)黨刊是黨和人民的喉舌,是我們黨思想宣傳戰(zhàn)線上的重要陣地,是加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化建設(shè)的重要平臺(tái),是黨和政府聯(lián)系人民群眾的橋梁和紐帶,是我們黨治國(guó)理政的重要資源和重要手段。在實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大中國(guó)夢(mèng)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,我們比任何時(shí)候都更加迫切需要一個(gè)良好的輿論氛圍來(lái)凝聚民族力量,促進(jìn)改革發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興。正因如此,宣傳思想工作顯得極端重要,黨報(bào)黨刊所擔(dān)負(fù)的使命將會(huì)更加艱巨,不僅關(guān)乎著我們黨和國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn),更關(guān)乎著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義能否成功,人民生活能否幸福安康,其作用和地位都是無(wú)可替代的。新形勢(shì)下,黨報(bào)黨刊所處的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化環(huán)境都發(fā)生了重大變化,給黨報(bào)黨刊帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn),一是當(dāng)前多種思想交匯環(huán)境下,黨報(bào)黨刊如何把握輿論引導(dǎo),掌握話語(yǔ)權(quán);二是新形勢(shì)下受眾發(fā)生了巨大變化;三是宣傳渠道多元化導(dǎo)致了政府的“弱控制”;四是黨報(bào)的政治傳播與市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的失衡。同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇,一是科技進(jìn)步提高了黨報(bào)黨刊的宣傳效應(yīng)及覆蓋面;二是社交媒體成為黨報(bào)黨刊輿論引導(dǎo)的新場(chǎng)地;三是新興科技將提高黨報(bào)黨刊的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文從對(duì)黨報(bào)黨刊的定位與功能分析出發(fā),研究黨報(bào)黨刊在新形勢(shì)下的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),嘗試分析黨報(bào)黨刊在新形勢(shì)下應(yīng)如何堅(jiān)守與變革。
[Abstract]:Party newspapers and periodicals are the mouthpiece of the party and the people, an important front on our party's ideological and propaganda front, an important platform for strengthening the construction of advanced socialist culture, and a bridge and link between the party and the government to link up with the masses of the people. It is an important resource and an important means for our party to run the country and manage its government. In the crucial period of realizing the great Chinese Dream, we need more than ever a good atmosphere of public opinion to rally the national strength and promote reform and development. Realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Precisely because of this, propaganda and ideological work is extremely important, and the mission of the party newspaper will be even more arduous, which is not only related to the future and destiny of our party and our country. It is also related to the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the well-being and well-being of the people. Its role and status are irreplaceable. Under the new situation, the political, economic and cultural environment in which the party newspapers are published has undergone major changes. It has brought new challenges to the Party newspaper, one is how to grasp the guidance of public opinion and the right to speak, the other is that the audience has changed greatly in the new situation, and in the current environment of multi-ideological convergence, the Party newspaper magazine has grasped the guidance of public opinion and grasped the right to speak. Third, the diversification of propaganda channels leads to the "weak control" of the government, the fourth is the imbalance between the political communication and the marketing of the party newspaper. At the same time, it also brings new opportunities, first, the progress of science and technology improves the propaganda effect and coverage of the party newspaper. The second is that social media has become a new place for the public opinion guidance of the party newspaper, the third is that the new science and technology will improve the economic benefit of the party newspaper. This paper, proceeding from the analysis of the position and function of the party newspaper, studies the opportunities and challenges of the party newspaper and the party journal under the new situation. This paper tries to analyze how to stick to and reform the Party newspaper in the new situation.
