【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,在習近平總書記系列重要講話中有許多關于黨風廉政建設和反腐敗斗爭的科學論述,富有真知灼見,構成了獨具"習式特色"的廉政思想體系。系統(tǒng)梳理習近平關于反腐倡廉的講話要點,能準確厘清習近平廉政思想清晰而嚴謹?shù)倪壿嫿Y構。遵循為何反腐、誰來反腐和如何反腐的邏輯思路,習近平廉政思想以從嚴治黨為邏輯起始點,以準確分析和科學定位反腐主體力量為理論體系的關鍵支撐點,其理論著力點聚焦于反腐方案的頂層設計。對習近平廉政思想嚴謹而清晰的理論體系進行系統(tǒng)化分析,可以深刻理解其在黨風廉政建設和反腐敗斗爭實踐中的實踐價值。作為制度化反腐的方向引領、常態(tài)化反腐的行動綱領和長期化反腐的理論武器,習近平廉政思想是對反腐敗斗爭的科學總結,又是對反腐倡廉的正確指導。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, there have been many scientific expositions on the building of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption in General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches. It constitutes a unique ideological system of clean government with "idiosyncratic characteristics". By systematically combing out Xi Jinping's main points of speech on combating corruption and advocating clean government, we can accurately clarify the clear and rigorous logical structure of Xi Jinping's clean and honest thinking, and follow the reasons for anti-corruption. Who will fight against corruption and how to fight against corruption, Xi Jinping's idea of clean government takes strict administration of the Party as the logical starting point, and takes accurate analysis and scientific positioning of the power of the anti-corruption subject as the key supporting point of the theoretical system. Its theory focuses on the top level design of the anti-corruption program. It systematically analyzes Xi Jinping's rigorous and clear theoretical system of clean government. We can deeply understand its practical value in the construction of a clean and honest party and in the practice of the struggle against corruption. As the direction of institutionalized anti-corruption, we can normalize the action program of anti-corruption and the theoretical weapon of long-term anti-corruption. Xi Jinping's idea of clean government is a scientific summary of the struggle against corruption and a correct guide to combating corruption and advocating clean government.
