【摘要】：在世情、國(guó)情、黨情急劇變化的新時(shí)期，中西方社會(huì)乃至整個(gè)世界發(fā)生了根本性的變化。隨著全球化、信息化和市場(chǎng)化時(shí)代的來(lái)臨，反腐敗問(wèn)題面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部能否做到清正更是重中之重。為了應(yīng)對(duì)這種挑戰(zhàn)，中西方國(guó)家都進(jìn)行了一系列的大膽探索，并取得了一定的成效。如何立足國(guó)情，有選擇地借鑒西方國(guó)家優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn)，開(kāi)創(chuàng)出一條中國(guó)化的干部清正道路，是本文力圖解決的問(wèn)題。本文共分為四章。 本文首先厘清了“干部”和“清正”的概念，剖析了新時(shí)期下干部清正的內(nèi)涵。即“干部清正”必須做到政治清醒、公道正派、為政清廉、潔身自好。 追溯了干部清正的思想淵源。在我國(guó)悠久的歷史長(zhǎng)河中，清正一直在和貪腐進(jìn)行著激烈的斗爭(zhēng)。并引述了馬克思、恩格斯以及中國(guó)化的馬克思主義關(guān)于干部清正的理論，并借鑒了西方國(guó)家對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的探索。 分析了新時(shí)期下我國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的“清”、“正”、“廉”、“潔”的現(xiàn)狀，繼而剖析了新時(shí)期干部清正問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因。 基于共產(chǎn)主義的理念及我國(guó)新時(shí)期下的國(guó)情，，對(duì)新時(shí)期下實(shí)現(xiàn)干部清正的路徑進(jìn)行了探索。討論了如何做到政治清醒、公道正派、為政清廉、潔身自好。
[Abstract]:In the world, the situation, the party in the new period. The sharp changes of fundamental changes in western society and even the whole world. With the globalization, informatization and marketization era, anti-corruption issues facing more severe challenges, leading cadres can be honest and is a priority among priorities in order to cope with this challenge. In western countries, have carried out a series of bold exploration, and achieved certain results. How to choose based on the national conditions, draw lessons from western countries, create a China of cadres honest road is, this paper tries to solve the problem. This paper is divided into four chapters.
This paper clarifies the concept of "cadres" and "honest", analyzes the connotation of cadres honest in the new era. That is "cadres honest" must be politically conscious, fair and honest, clean government, clean.
Traced the ideological origins of cadres honest. In our country the long history, and has been in the corruption and a fierce struggle. And quoted Marx, Engels and Chinese of Marx's theory about cadres honest, and learn from the western countries to explore related issues.
Analysis of the leading cadres in the new period of our country under the "Qing", "positive", "low", "clean" situation, and then analyzes the causes of problems of cadres honest in the new period.
The idea of communism in China and the new period based on the situation, explores the path to achieve cadres honest in the new era. Discusses how to achieve political sober, fair and honest, clean government, clean.
