【摘要】：正由中央黨校政法部、中國馬克思主義研究基金會共同主辦的"紀(jì)念五四憲法頒布六十周年與人權(quán)入憲十周年暨學(xué)習(xí)十八屆四中全會精神研討會"近日在中央黨校召開。來自中國人權(quán)研究會,中國社會科學(xué)院等研究機(jī)構(gòu),中國政法大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)等8個(gè)國家人權(quán)教育與培訓(xùn)基地以及多個(gè)地方黨校的50多位專家學(xué)者參加了會議。與會學(xué)者結(jié)合學(xué)習(xí)貫徹十八屆四中全會精神,就五四憲法的特點(diǎn)、五四憲法頒布的歷史意義、人權(quán)入憲的價(jià)值、人權(quán)的法制保障等重
[Abstract]:The Department of political Affairs and Law of the Central Party School, "the 10th Anniversary of the promulgation of the May 4th Constitution and the 10th Anniversary of the entry of Human Rights into the Constitution and the study of the Spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee", jointly sponsored by the China Marxism Research Foundation, was held at the Central Party School recently. Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other research institutions, China University of political Science and Law, Wuhan University, More than 50 experts and scholars from eight national human rights education and training bases, including Shandong University, as well as several local party schools, attended the meeting. The participants and scholars studied and implemented the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee and discussed the characteristics of the May 4th Constitution. The historical significance of the promulgation of the May 4th Constitution, the value of the entry of human rights into the constitution, and the legal guarantee of human rights, etc.
