【摘要】：1978年以來中國共青團(tuán)進(jìn)行的改革創(chuàng)新是適應(yīng)國家與政黨現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展而進(jìn)行的變革。在適應(yīng)性變革的歷史進(jìn)程中,共青團(tuán)在工作環(huán)境、工作對(duì)象、指導(dǎo)思想、組織形態(tài)、工作職能、工作內(nèi)容、工作方式等7個(gè)維度上不斷面臨和尋求著轉(zhuǎn)變。從其改革創(chuàng)新的歷史軌跡中可發(fā)現(xiàn),共青團(tuán)適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的基本邏輯具體表現(xiàn)在四重關(guān)鍵維度上,即關(guān)系的適應(yīng)性演進(jìn)、理念的適應(yīng)性更新、制度的適應(yīng)性變革、技術(shù)的適應(yīng)性運(yùn)用。共青團(tuán)在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的適應(yīng)性變革在尋求更好地完成為黨聯(lián)系和凝聚青年的政治使命之外,實(shí)際上還承載著提供先行先試經(jīng)驗(yàn)和抓住機(jī)遇轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的兩項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, the reform and innovation carried out by the Communist Youth League of China has been a change adapted to the modernization of the country and political parties. In the historical process of adaptive change, the Communist Youth League has been working in its working environment, working object, guiding ideology and organizational form. From the historical track of its reform and innovation, it can be found that the basic logic of the Communist Youth League adapting to the modernization development is embodied in four key dimensions. That is, the adaptive evolution of the relationship, the adaptive renewal of the concept, the adaptive transformation of the system, The adaptive application of technology. The adaptive changes carried out by the Communist Youth League under the leadership of the Party seek to better accomplish the political mission of connecting the party and rallying the youth. In fact, it also carries the two important tasks of providing first-trial experience and seizing the opportunity to transform and upgrade.
