【摘要】："官德正,則民風(fēng)淳;官德毀,則民風(fēng)降",領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部德的好壞,事關(guān)社會(huì)風(fēng)氣好壞、人民利益得失、黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)的興衰。當(dāng)前,黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)依然面臨著嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜的形勢(shì),如何在紛繁復(fù)雜的社會(huì)環(huán)境中正確對(duì)待利益取舍,在形形色色的誘惑面前保持廉潔自律心態(tài),是一個(gè)重大而緊迫的現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。積極探索喚醒黨員干部高尚思想道德追求的有效途徑,讓從嚴(yán)治黨兼具道德感召力和紀(jì)律約束力,讓制度運(yùn)行在思想認(rèn)同的軌道上,二者各司其職而又辯證統(tǒng)一、相互配合,才能形成內(nèi)外兼修、標(biāo)本兼治的全面從嚴(yán)治黨新格局。
[Abstract]:The good or bad of leading cadres is related to the good or bad social atmosphere, the gain and loss of the interests of the people, and the rise and fall of the cause of the party and the state. The construction of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption still face a severe and complex situation. How to correctly deal with the trade-off of interests in the complicated social environment, and how to maintain a clean and self-discipline mentality in the face of all kinds of temptations, It is an important and urgent practical task. Actively explore the effective way to awaken the noble ideological and moral pursuit of party members and cadres, let the strict administration of the party have both moral inspiration and discipline binding force, and let the system run on the track of ideological identity.
