【摘要】：霸道官員只準(zhǔn)他們給別人立規(guī)矩,不準(zhǔn)別人跟他們講規(guī)則;只準(zhǔn)他們對(duì)別人發(fā)號(hào)施令,不準(zhǔn)別人和他們講道理。如此一來(lái),他們便會(huì)把任何不能隨心所欲的事情都看成冒犯,就會(huì)居高臨下看待一切本應(yīng)平等溝通的對(duì)象。在權(quán)力不受控制的情況下,欲望也會(huì)隨之膨脹,一旦自己把握不好,就容易受到誘惑而走向貪腐深淵。
[Abstract]:Hegemonic officials are only allowed to make rules for others and not to be told rules; they are only allowed to give orders to others, and they are not allowed to reason with them. In this way, they regard anything they cannot do as an affront as an affront. When power is not controlled, desire expands, and if you don't grasp it well, you are vulnerable to temptation to go to the abyss of corruption.
