【摘要】：在當(dāng)代中國,伴隨著全面深化改革的推進(jìn)和反腐敗斗爭的深入,官場秩序的變革已經(jīng)勢在必行。構(gòu)建一種服務(wù)于現(xiàn)代政治運行體系、致力于黨和國家改革發(fā)展進(jìn)步目標(biāo)的新型官場秩序,不僅關(guān)系到黨和政府在人民群眾心目中的形象,也關(guān)系到黨和國家各項事業(yè)的順利發(fā)展。構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代官場新秩序亟待扭轉(zhuǎn)官員的思想認(rèn)識、整肅官場不良習(xí)氣,重建以民為本、施政為民的根本利益標(biāo)準(zhǔn),秉持群而不黨、廉政高效的政治行為原則,堅守有為無私、行而不殆的實踐道德操守。
[Abstract]:In contemporary China, with the promotion of comprehensive deepening of reform and the deepening of the anti-corruption struggle, it is imperative to reform the order of the officialdom. The new order of officialdom committed to the goal of reform, development and progress of the Party and the state is not only related to the image of the Party and the government in the eyes of the people. It is also related to the smooth development of the various undertakings of the party and the state. It is urgent to build a new order of modern officialdom, to reverse the ideological understanding of officials, to purge the bad habits of the officialdom, to rebuild the fundamental interest standard of taking the people as the basis and administering the administration for the people, and to uphold the masses instead of the Party. Clean and efficient political behavior principles, adhere to the selfless, uncompromising practice of ethics.
