【摘要】：習(xí)近平關(guān)于全面從嚴(yán)治黨的思想,有著十分豐富而深刻的內(nèi)涵。全面從嚴(yán)治黨,是中國共產(chǎn)黨的一項重大戰(zhàn)略使命。建設(shè)"服務(wù)型"政黨,是中國共產(chǎn)黨全面從嚴(yán)治黨的主要目標(biāo)。全面從嚴(yán)治黨是一項系統(tǒng)工程,需要從多個層面協(xié)同進(jìn)行,主要包括:從嚴(yán)加強(qiáng)思想建設(shè),進(jìn)一步鞏固黨的意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán);從嚴(yán)加強(qiáng)組織建設(shè),進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮黨員干部的模范帶頭作用;從嚴(yán)加強(qiáng)作風(fēng)建設(shè),進(jìn)一步密切黨與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系;從嚴(yán)加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉建設(shè),進(jìn)一步完善懲治與預(yù)防相結(jié)合的反腐體系;從嚴(yán)加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),進(jìn)一步建立健全黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度。在目前全面依法治國新的歷史條件下,加強(qiáng)中國共產(chǎn)黨法治能力建設(shè),既是中國共產(chǎn)黨全面從嚴(yán)治黨的時代要求,也是我們研究習(xí)近平關(guān)于全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想問題得出的基本結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's idea of running the party in a comprehensive and strict manner has very rich and profound connotations. It is an important strategic mission of the Communist Party of China to build a "service-oriented" political party. It is the main goal of the Communist Party of China to administer the Party in an all-round and strict manner. It is a systematic project and needs to be coordinated from many aspects, including: strengthening the ideological construction strictly and further consolidating the Party's ideological leadership; We must strictly strengthen organizational construction, further give play to the exemplary and leading role of party members and cadres, strictly strengthen the building of work styles, further strengthen the flesh and blood ties between the party and the masses of the people, and strictly strengthen the building of anti-corruption and clean government. We will further improve the anti-corruption system that combines punishment and prevention; strictly strengthen the construction of the system, further establish and improve the system of laws and regulations within the Party; and, under the new historical conditions of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, strengthen the building of the CPC's ability to govern by law. It is not only the request of the times for the Communist Party of China to run the Party strictly, but also the basic conclusion that we draw from studying Xi Jinping's thought of running the Party in an all-round and strict way.
