【摘要】：科學(xué)進(jìn)行預(yù)防腐敗宣傳,首先要識別腐敗行為發(fā)生的若干充分條件,從而通過大眾媒介傳播組織強(qiáng)有力的公論聲勢和輿論震懾力量,減少或弱化上述腐敗條件的作用,以達(dá)到預(yù)防目的。結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)以及一些學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn),本文提出,預(yù)防腐敗媒體傳播策略=重構(gòu)公共權(quán)力觀(觀念傳播層面)+降低腐敗意愿(心理傳播層面)+減少腐敗機(jī)會(政策傳播層面),推動形成"不敢腐、不能腐、不愿腐、不想腐"體制機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:To carry out the propaganda of preventing corruption scientifically, we must first identify some sufficient conditions for the occurrence of corruption, so as to reduce or weaken the effect of the above corrupt conditions by means of the powerful public opinion and public opinion of mass media organizations. In order to achieve the purpose of prevention. Combined with the reality and the views of some scholars, this paper proposes, Prevention of Corruption Media Communication Strategy = Reconstruction of Public Power View (concept Communication level); reduce Corruption intention (Psychological Communication level); reduce opportunities for Corruption (Policy Communication level), promote the formation of "do not sap, not rot, do not corrupt, do not want to corrupt," Do not want to corrupt "institutional mechanisms."
