【摘要】：馬克思主義政黨學(xué)說由眾多部分構(gòu)成,黨內(nèi)民主不僅是其中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,也是馬克思主義政黨做自身理論和實(shí)踐的重要內(nèi)容,是馬克思主義政黨增強(qiáng)政黨團(tuán)結(jié),提升戰(zhàn)斗力的保障。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷來(lái)都非常重視黨的自身建設(shè),尤其是高度重視黨內(nèi)民主的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,無(wú)論是在革命時(shí)期、建設(shè)時(shí)期還是改革時(shí)期,黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)都是黨的事業(yè)成長(zhǎng)前進(jìn)至關(guān)重要的武器法寶。本文著重探索的改革開放以來(lái),我們黨在黨內(nèi)民主問題上的發(fā)展歷程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)及現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。論文的主體內(nèi)容由三部分展開闡述:第一章是在馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的黨內(nèi)民主理論的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的論述,從民主的含義入手,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出黨內(nèi)民主的基本含義;第二章闡述了改革開放時(shí)期黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展,按照不同時(shí)期的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),重點(diǎn)集中在理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面;第三章主要是總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和歷史價(jià)值并得出相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,以理論創(chuàng)新、制度建設(shè)和漸進(jìn)方式做好黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展。由此,我們更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到:黨內(nèi)民主是引發(fā)黨的活力與生命力最基礎(chǔ)的條件,能使黨的自我完善、自我革新的能力水平得到有效提高,是實(shí)現(xiàn)黨在新形勢(shì)下完成新任務(wù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,因此我們要繼續(xù)貫徹民主集中制,以理論和實(shí)踐的角度出發(fā)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在理論上,不斷探究黨內(nèi)民主的問題,在實(shí)踐中,不斷發(fā)展黨的民主建設(shè),使黨的建設(shè)發(fā)出蓬勃的生機(jī)與活力。
[Abstract]:The theory of Marxist political parties is composed of many parts. Inner-party democracy is not only an important part of it, but also an important part of its own theory and practice. It is also an important part of Marxist political parties to strengthen the unity of political parties. The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the Party's own construction, especially to the construction and development of inner-party democracy, whether in the revolutionary period, the construction period or the reform period. The construction of inner-party democracy is a weapon of vital importance for the growth and advancement of the party's cause. Since the reform and opening up, which this article focuses on, the development of our party on the issue of inner-party democracy, On this basis, the author summarizes the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the construction of inner-party democracy. The main content of the thesis is expounded in three parts: the first chapter is the exposition based on the theory of inner-party democracy of the classical Marxist writers. Start with the meaning of democracy, further sum up the basic meaning of inner-party democracy. Chapter two expounds the development of inner-party democracy in the period of reform and opening up, according to the contributions of leaders in different periods to the development of inner-party democracy. The third chapter is mainly about summing up experience and historical value and drawing the corresponding practical enlightenment, and doing a good job in the development of inner-party democracy by theoretical innovation, institutional construction and gradual development. We have a deeper understanding that inner-party democracy is the most basic condition for triggering the vitality and vitality of the Party, and that it can effectively improve the Party's ability to improve and innovate itself. It is the realistic need to fulfill the new task of the Party under the new situation. Therefore, we should continue to implement democratic centralism, take the theory and practice as the starting point, in theory, continuously explore the problem of inner-party democracy, and in practice, Continuously develop the party's democratic construction, make the party's construction send out vigorous vigor and vitality.
